Terms of Service
Establishing a transparent and professional manufacturing partnership with Goodtogo Thailand. Please read these terms carefully before commencing development or production.
General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the manufacturing agreement between the client ("Client") and Goodtogo Thailand ("Manufacturer"). By submitting a purchase order or approving a sample for production, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Goodtogo Thailand operates manufacturing bases in Thailand and China. The specific country of origin for your order will be specified in the Quotation and Commercial Invoice based on the product type, material requirements, and production capacity.
Development & Sampling
- Mold Fees: All mold and sampling fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of 3D modeling or physical prototyping. These fees are generally non-refundable unless Goodtogo Thailand fails to deliver the sample.
- Sample Approval: Mass production will only commence upon the Client's written approval (via email or signed sample) of the "Golden Sample." This approved sample serves as the quality standard for the entire production run.
Revisions to the design after the mold has been cast may incur additional tooling charges. Lead times for sampling typically range from 14-30 days depending on the complexity of the form and glazing technique (e.g., reactive glazing, hand painting).
Production Standards & Tolerances
Ceramic Nature
Ceramics are natural materials fired at high temperatures. Slight variations in shape, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of the craft and distinguish handmade/OEM ceramics from plastic mass production.
Standard Tolerances
Unless otherwise specified in a technical agreement:
• Dimensions: ±3% to ±5% (shrinkage variance)
• Volume: ±5%
• Glaze: Minor pinholes or color variance within agreed range.
Note: Goodtogo Thailand performs strict QC based on AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. Products falling within these industry-standard ceramic tolerances are considered acceptable quality.
Intellectual Property (IP)
We respect the creativity of our partners. As an OEM manufacturer, Goodtogo Thailand adheres to strict IP protection protocols:
Client Ownership
Designs, logos, and custom molds paid for by the Client remain the exclusive property of the Client. We will not sell, display, or reproduce these designs for other customers without written permission.
Factory IP
Generic molds, existing open-market shapes, or glazes developed independently by Goodtogo Thailand remain our property and may be offered to other clients.
Payment & Cancellation

| Sampling | 100% upfront payment for mold and sample costs. |
| Mass Production | 30% deposit to initiate production; 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy for approved accounts). |
| Cancellation | Orders cancelled after deposit payment are subject to raw material and labor costs incurred up to that point. Deposits are generally non-refundable once kiln firing has begun. |
Shipping & Liability
Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, all pricing is quoted FOB (Free on Board) from our designated ports in Thailand or China. Risk of loss passes to the Client once goods are loaded onto the vessel.
Breakage Claims: While we use export-standard packaging (bubble wrap, egg-crate dividers, master cartons), ceramic is fragile. Claims for breakage exceeding 3% of the total shipment must be submitted within 14 days of cargo arrival, accompanied by photographic evidence. Goodtogo Thailand will credit or replace the broken items in the next order.
